About Inspired Movement

Welcome to Inspired Movement, Pilates & Bodywork. I am the owner and instructor, Adrin Eline. Thank you for being here! 

I love what I do and am innately driven to help others meet their full movement potential. I’m inspired by our human body, its complexity, and its positive response to a consistent, balanced and personalized fitness program. 

Life happens and our bodies don’t always function as they should. Through proper movement, balance can be restored and pain can be eliminated.

SESSION DETAILS

All sessions are 50 minutes. Please wear comfortable, easy to move in clothing. Grippy footies are encouraged for cleanliness and stability on the equipment.
