About Inspired Movement

Inspired Movement offers a versatile and effective exercise protocol designed to treat your body each day you walk in the door. Whether you are a first time exerciser, an athlete, a senior, or recovering from an injury, Inspired Movement Pilates & Bodywork will develop a personalized program that works for you!

Inspired Movement is a small, apparatus based Pilates studio that addresses imbalances in your body through a combination of Pilates, Functional Anatomy, Yoga and Body Rolling. Life happens and our bodies don’t always function to their full potential. Through proper movement, balance can be restored and pain can be eliminated.
